Website and Documentation Solution Agreement

The Website and Documentation Solution Agreement ("Agreement") is an agreement by and between Gressing, LLC ("Gressing"), a North Carolina-headquartered Corporation and you, where “you” includes you, your heirs, your agents, your successors, your designees, and your assigns.

1. Acceptance of Agreement
Hiring Gressing to provide Website and/or Documentation Solutions ("Solutions") including but not limited to website/documentation design and/or development, website/documentation maintenance and/or updates, website/documentation analysis (with or without recommendations) in whole (Total Solution) or in part (À la Carte) and related services (“Services”) constitutes acceptance of the Website and Documentation Solution Agreement and the Terms, including all policies and documents referenced or linked herein. Additionally, you further agree to all terms and conditions included in the client-specific proposal that must be signed by you prior to the beginning of the engagement.

2. Fees
Payment totals and terms are stipulated in the client-specific proposal that must be signed by you prior to the beginning of the engagement.

3. Trademark and Copyright Infringement
Gressing does not investigate to determine if the information provided for the engagement or the use you make of said information infringes upon the legal rights of others.

4. Agents and Licenses
You agree that, if you are having a site built or having documentation created for or on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the authority to nonetheless bind that person as a principal to all terms and conditions provided herein.

5. Modifications to Website and Documentation Solutions Agreement
Gressing reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
